Yes, we provide certificates of authenticity for all of our jewellery upon request to verify their quality, and authenticity of our metal and gemstones used. Some gemstones will also come along with its own special certificate, like GIA, IGI, etc. Please let us know if you’d like more information on a specific piece’s certification.

Our custom engagement ring process begins with a consultation where we discuss your style, budget, and gemstone preferences. We then provide design sketches or renderings, and upon your approval, we begin crafting your unique ring. The entire process typically takes 7-8 weeks. We post all domestic orders via express shipping, which usually takes around 2 business days.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days depending on the the shipping method selected at checkout.

Generally, we offer free express domestic shipping for orders over AU$300. A flat rate AU$15 for orders under AU$300 via express post.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing fault or defect.
It does not cover improper use, normal wear and tear or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Yes, we offer repair for all of our jewellery.
If the repair is for any manufacturing flaw or defect, the repair is free within 5 years of purchase. Reasonable fee might be applied after 5 years.
If the repair is needed for any other damage beyond manufacurting flaws, the repair fee will be decided case by case. Please contact us with your order number for more details. Contact us here.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, for all ready to ship / made to order items, we offer refund for store credits within 7 days of receiving the item.
For ready-to-ship / made to order pieces, we offer refund for store credits within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. Custom-made pieces are final sale but may be eligible for adjustments. Please see our full policy for details.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
