Every bespoke piece begins with a story — your story. Here’s how we turn it into something timeless.
Step 1 — Begin With Meaning
Share your ideas with us via email — whether it’s a special occasion, a favourite colour, or a gemstone you’ve always loved. Your story helps guide every step.
Step 2 — Select Your Stone
We’ll source and curate a selection of natural sapphires, opals, or diamonds just for you. You’ll receive clear videos and details of each stone, so you can choose the one that speaks to you — all from the comfort of your inbox.
Step 3 — Design Around Your Gem
Once you’ve selected your gem, we’ll sketch a design that reflects both its character and your vision. We’ll share the design with you via email and refine it together as needed.
Step 4 — Crafted with Intention
Once your gemstone and design are confirmed, a 60% deposit secures your bespoke order. From there, our Melbourne artisans begin crafting your piece with care, using traditional techniques and thoughtful attention to detail. We’ll keep you updated throughout, so you feel part of every step.
Step 5 — A Piece That’s Yours
The full crafting process typically takes 7–8 weeks. Once your jewellery is complete, we’ll send you a detailed video so you can see every angle of your finished piece. When you’re happy and the remaining balance is settled, we’ll carefully package and ship your jewellery to you — ready to be worn, gifted, or cherished for years to come.
