Return & Warranty
When wrong size has been ordered, please contact us with your desired size within 7 days from the date you receive the package. Both returning shipping and re-delivery costs are at the expense of customers. Resizing all one of a kind jewellery may incur an extra fee depending on the case. If any normal repair required under normal wear within 6 months of the purchase date, we will repair it for you with no extra cost. Please contact us for details. We do not refund a purchase if it is not a manufacturing fault.
All JAMES AND IRISA jewellery is handmade and use natural gemstones. So some variations may exist from piece to piece due to the nature of gemstones. All jewellery should be handled and worn with care. Normal wear and tear is not considered as a fault.
All JAMES AND IRISA jewellery is checked for quality insurance prior to shipping. However some rare fault may be there from time to time. If you feel there is a fault with your jewellery, please contact us.
To notify us of the fault, please contact us with your order ID, name, address and a photo of the fault with a brief description. We will assess the request on a case by case basis.
If customers made any adjustment of the James and Irisa jewellery at other places, all warranties would be void.
Any gemstone damage is not covered by warranty. Its replacement is at customers' own cost.
We are happy to repair your JAMES AND IRISA jewellery. A repair fee may be charged depending on the case. Please contact us for details.
We do not accept return/exchange and issue a refund for custom orders. If resizing is needed for your custom orders, please contact us and we will assess the request on a case by case basis and there may be a situation when resizing is not possible. There may incur a fee for resizing.
Change of Mind
All JAMES AND IRISA jewellery are not refundable and don't accept return or exchange due to change of mind. So please contact us prior to purchasing if there is any question that need to be clarified. If wrong item was ordered, please contact us within 60 minutes after purchase. All exchange or cancellation after 60 minutes will not be accepted.
All returning shipping costs incur in above cases are at the expense of customers.

NO item shall be returned to James and Irisa Jewellery without contacting us beforehand. All item returned to us without approval will not be accepted.
