Bespoke orders / Made to order items
We do not accept return/exchange and issue a refund for bespoke orders / made to order items. So please read the description carefully and make sure all details are as requested before purchase.

If resizing is needed, please contact us and we will assess the request on a case by case basis and there may be a situation when resizing is not possible. There may incur a fee for resizing.
Ready to ship
For all ready to ship jewellery excluding earrings purchased from James and Irisa, we accept refund for store credits within 7 days of receiving the item.
Only ready-to-ship jewellery that has not been resized upon purchase is eligible for store credit refunds. Returned jewellery must be new and in its original packaging.
All returning shipping costs incur in above cases are at the expense of customers.

NO item shall be returned to James and Irisa Jewellery without contacting us beforehand. All item returned to us without approval will not be accepted.
Resize
When wrong size has been ordered, please contact us with your desired size within 7 days from the date you receive the package. Both returning shipping and re-delivery costs are at the expense of customers. Resizing all one of a kind jewellery may incur an extra fee depending on the case. Warranty
Every piece of James and Irisa Jewellery comes with our 5-year manufacturering warranty. In rare instances, should we confirm any manufacturing fault or defect, we will repair the jewellery at no extra cost within 5 years of purchase. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
If customers made any alteration / repair / resize of the James and Irisa jewellery elsewhere, our warranty will be void.
Any loose or damage of gemstones occurred after the jewellery is received by customers is not covered by warranty. Its replacement is at customers' own cost.
All James and Irisa jewellery is inspected for quality assurance before shipment. However, occasional rare defects may still occur. If you notice any issues with your jewellery, please reach out to us.
To notify us of the fault, please contact us with your order ID, name, address and a photo of the fault with a brief description. We will assess the request on a case by case basis.
Repair
We are happy to repair your JAMES AND IRISA jewellery. A repair fee may be charged depending on the case. Please contact us for details.
Sale items
No refunds or exchanges for all sale items. All items under any kinds of discounts are not available for refund or exchange.
