Whilst I love that you are a local, Australian company that I would love to support, I was hoping that I would fall in love with my ring as soon as I got it, as this was a purchase to celebrate myself following a very nasty divorce.
The ring looks like it was made well, and it arrived beautifully packaged, however I just felt a little underwhelmed as I feel that it looks different to the photo.
It looks a little dull in colour - the photo shows this bright shiny silver look and looks clean and sparkly, however I feel like my ring looks slightly off colour, as if it’s not new.

I also feel like the diamonds on the sides sparkle more in the picture, but in person, they are almost unnoticeable.

The sizing also unfortunately is too large for me, which is 100% on me as I have obviously made an error in measurement, so I don’t attribute this to your business at all. So unfortunately to wear it, I will have to resize it (I should have got a proper measurement in a jewellery store prior to ordering to make sure of my sizing, but your sale finished the night I ordered and I didn’t want to miss out so I did my own measurements which I must have done incorrectly).

I am open to purchasing again in the future, however I feel like my divorce ring isn’t quite as I envisioned it.

Just wanted to say that I am obsessed with my bespoke ring. It’s so unique and the final product is exactly what I envisioned.

Irisa was super helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. I sent through a photo of my fiancée's favourite opal necklace and they found the perfect black opal to match/compliment it. They were also very accommodating around adding in blue sapphires and making sure the order arrived before our trip.

James and Irisa have created beautiful pledge jewellery in memory of my dear husband Colin. I will forever love and value his memory and the jewellery that represents this. Both are amazing.

My partner and I fell in love with the Sunray design, but wanted a large coloured stone in the centre, and to make some alterations for an entire set of rings including the engagement ring, wedding band and eternity band. The bespoke set that James and Irisa designed for us absolutely exceeded ouur expectations. It is stunning. They made thoughtful modifications to the bands to stay true to the original design but allow for a larger stone. We couldn't be happier.

James and Irisa were amazing to work with. I wasn't sure what style of weddimg ring would suit my engagement ring. They provided options and were so responsive to any questions and feedback. I received a video to review of the ring to confirm I was happy and then the ring arrived within a couple of days. It is beautifully made and so unique. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

After purchasing a beautiful engagement ring I reached out to see if they could create a custom wedding band based around the design of the ring as well as creating my own custom wedding band which both looked incredible.
